We are looking for a Senior Product Manager. You will lead a group of platform products for compensation management for Yandex managers and employees. Together with the C&B team, you will develop and support critical financial tools for the company.
Your main task is to make compensation calculation and management processes as transparent, automated, and convenient as possible for thousands of managers and hundreds of HR partners.
You will work at the intersection of HR, finance, and development. You will manage services with complex and precise calculation algorithms and large volumes of data — employee payment fairness and motivation effectiveness directly depend on them.
You will be responsible for the key C&B product — the manager's financial dashboard. Currently, 60% of the company's managers use it, and it will be scaled to all managers — over 8,000 people. You will launch new scenarios for working with employee and team income, making the product even more useful and intuitive.
You will ensure the flawless operation of the complex automatic compensation calculation process during review periods: summer and winter. This process connects multiple services and allows for automatic calculation of payments to all employees after ratings are assigned. You will need to coordinate the team, work closely with stakeholders, and ensure the system functions perfectly: top management has very little time for budget approvals.
You will be responsible for calculating a reliable income forecast for employees several reviews ahead. The process is directly related to compensation calculation during reviews, as they use the same algorithms but differ in the variability of input data provided by managers. Managers take the calculation results into account when forming employee development plans within their teams.
You will be involved in interface design, research, data analysis, and dashboard development. Using AI, you will be able to create solution prototypes and test hypotheses to release products faster.
You will be the link between business stakeholders and the development team. You need to clearly formulate requirements, monitor deadlines and quality, and maintain transparent and timely communication at all stages of work.
