Usetech GC is a technology partner for companies such as Mail.ru, 2Gis, NLMK, EuroChem, Go Invest, Alfa-Bank, Sber, VTB, MKB, Samolet Development, X5 Group, Gazpromneft, Lemana Pro, Citilink, Lanit, IBS. We are looking for a strong Product Owner 🔸Responsibilities: – Formation of product development strategy and vision – Improvement of the product's business model, licensing policy, and sales approaches – Management of the product's RoadMap, P&L, and backlog – Formulation and testing of development hypotheses, verification and analysis of results, and their consideration in the product development strategy – Search, attraction, and establishment of contacts with potential clients and partners (with the involvement of sales, marketing, and partner managers) – Active participation in sales (presentations, product consultations, pilot runs) – Active product promotion. Participation in conferences, exhibitions, webinars. – Product team management – Organization of product implementation, support, and maintenance

🔸**Candidate Requirements **– Experience in successfully launching and commercializing B2E/B2G products in the Russian market as a Product Owner/Product Manager – Entrepreneurial qualities, business orientation – Experience in data center management, virtualization, and infrastructure – Skills in conducting market, niche, and competitor research, organizing and conducting CusDev, surveys of potential users and clients – Ability to find, systematize, and analyze information – Proficient in Excel, Visio, PowerPoint – Excellent communication, friendliness, positive attitude
