The Golden Apple perfumery and cosmetics supermarket is looking for an HR BP for the retail division to effectively meet the needs of a rapidly growing company and improve HR business processes with a team of 150 people in Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, the UAE, and Qatar.
The new colleague is expected to have enthusiasm, teamwork skills, and a desire to grow.
What needs to be done:
- Help managers implement changes in the HR block and identify weak points after implementation for improvement
- Control the execution of the payroll budget and personnel expenses
- Participate in employee development and motivation
- Form a talent pool for management positions
- Initiate projects that will increase employee loyalty
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR BP or C&B
- Experience in retail will be your advantage
- Love for people and a desire to help them
- Understanding of current market trends
- High communication and organizational skills
- Positive thinking, friendliness, engagement, dynamism
