We are scaling the business 5-10 times (5+ product categories: electronics, clothing, furniture). We are looking for a systemic and data-driven Head of HR to transform the HR function.
Main focus for the 1st year: Predictable hiring: SLA, funnels, metrics, targeted top-level recruitment. HRBP approach: partnership with Warehouse / Back-office / Commerce blocks. WFM & Analytics: time tracking, unified scheduling system, HR dashboards. Retention: reducing turnover during the probationary period.
What we expect from the candidate: — 3+ years in the position of HRD / Head of HR; — Understanding the impact of HR metrics on the company's P&L; — Systemic thinking, adaptability, and readiness to work hands-on; — Experience in building processes from scratch without unnecessary bureaucracy.
