In Ozon, we are looking for an HR Business Partner.

Responsibilities:

• Support the business in all HR areas (workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, internal communications, turnover management, etc.).
• Collaborate with the business to develop and implement a personnel motivation system.
• Formulate and develop a system for regular employee evaluation, training, and development.
• Create a positive microclimate within the team, foster corporate culture, and develop the employer brand.

Candidate Profile:

• Higher education.
• At least 3 years of experience as an HR BP in large companies.
• Knowledge of labor legislation.
• Budget management experience.
• High level of communication and organizational skills.
• Readiness to work in a multitasking environment with rapidly changing conditions.
• Business ethics, positive attitude, friendliness, attentiveness, engagement.
