A HRBP is needed for the production facility in Biryulyovo, Moscow for the foodtech company Shef Market.

Responsibilities:
Lead and develop HR processes ensuring:
- Recruitment and onboarding of production personnel
- HR support (business partnering) for production, the technological department, and logistics
- Employee assessment and development
- Development of corporate culture, translation of the company's Mission and Values
- Building effective internal and external communications with employees, the labor market, partners, HR branding
Develop effective interaction within the HR team (recruiters, HRBPs, HR administration).
Lead HR projects. Implement and ensure effective work according to company standards and principles.
Candidate Profile:
- Relevant and sufficient work experience
- Love for people and the profession, a lot of positive energy that you are ready to share
- Business understanding, specific examples of successful work as an HRBP
- Leadership: ability to take responsibility, complete tasks, achieve project goals
- Experience working with task trackers, cloud programs, and chat applications
- HRBP experience of 3+ years
- Ideally - understanding and successful experience in project management (you will need to be a PM for various HR projects)
