Zotman Pizza is, in our humble opinion, the most delicious pizza in Moscow. We have a whole production facility that prepares pizza for our chain of pizzerias and for chain stores. We cook according to our secret recipe, known only to 5 people, the very pizza with a crust you'll want to eat.
We are looking for someone for our team who loves and knows how to:
- search for and find great candidates;
- work with diverse vacancies;
- talk about the company in a way that makes people want to work there;
- conduct analysis of the labor market and competitors;
- develop the company's HR brand;
- onboard new employees and help them become part of the team;
- maintain reporting and analytics on completed work;
- get involved in company HR projects;
- value order and improve the processes around you;
- develop in the HR field.
We expect from you:
- at least 1 year of experience as a recruiter, with a focus on targeted hiring;
- love for people and optimism, client-orientation;
- knowledge of various recruitment techniques, ability to search for candidates not only through HH, but also using social networks;
- experience working with various job platforms (writing vacancy texts, posting on job sites, social media publications, PR activities, recommendations, direct sourcing, etc.);
- goal-orientation, organization;
- a big plus if you have experience recruiting employees in the restaurant or food production industry.
