Responsibilities:
- Implementation of a competency-based approach
- Planning and conducting employer brand advertising campaigns
- Development of tools for rapid vacancy closure
- Forecasting hiring needs
- Improving the candidate journey and experience
- Standardization of mass recruitment processes for franchisees
- Development of service standards and service agreements for internal clients
- Improving hiring quality
- Automation of candidate verification
- Leading a cross-functional onboarding working group
- Implementation and automation of onboarding algorithms
- Scaling successful practices to franchisees
- Participation in EVP development
- Managing projects for attracting students and promoting the HR brand
- Setting up and developing ATS Huntlee
- Training users on system operation
- Creating a recruitment knowledge base for the internal network and franchisees
- Monitoring the effectiveness of recruitment channels and tools
- Piloting new solutions
- Setting goals for the recruitment team
Requirements:
- Experience managing a recruitment department (preferably in the HoReCa sector)
- Successful experience in building mass and targeted recruitment processes "from scratch" or reorganizing an existing function
- Knowledge of modern recruitment tools, including ATS
- Understanding of the competency-based approach and candidate assessment methods
- Analytical and data processing skills for evaluating process effectiveness.
- Experience interacting with a franchise network will be an advantage
- Higher education (preferably in human resource management, psychology, economics)
- Willingness to work an irregular schedule (with a five-day work week)
