We are looking for an HR Director for the holding management company. The main task is to build a company management system, including the transformation of all HR processes and digitalization. Also: · Building and effective management of the company's HR function, in accordance with the company's strategic goals – business development and efficiency improvement · Implementation of the HR management system, optimization of all processes (recruitment, onboarding, development, appraisal, motivation, engagement, personnel records management) · Management of the recruitment, onboarding, and motivation process for production personnel · Formation of a professional management team · Introduction of a personnel training and development system, evaluation of training effectiveness · Development and implementation of a corporate culture that aligns with the company's main business goals and values, aimed at increasing the efficiency of all processes and creating an environment for the development of each employee · Reengineering and automation of business processes directly related to the HR department's area of responsibility; · Development of the HR brand, increasing the company's recognition in the labor market.
Requirements: — At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company (food production as an advantage); — Confident command of recruitment, personnel appraisal, performance and potential management, and process automation tools. — Proven experience in successful transformations and case studies; — Responsibility for financial results, decision-making based on data and analytics; — Strong management competencies, systemic thinking, and strategic vision, good communication skills.
