• Development and implementation of HR strategy
• Full cycle of HR functions: Building effective systems for recruitment, onboarding, training, evaluation, and motivation of personnel.
• Formation of corporate culture and values.
• Close collaboration with the heads of all departments
• Ensuring full compliance of personnel records management and all HR processes with the requirements of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.

We expect from the candidate:

• Successful experience as an HR Director for at least 5 years (STRICTLY: only from manufacturing, engineering, maintenance services, or construction contracting work).
• Real experience in building processes "from scratch" or scaling experience
• Readiness to dive into operational tasks
