Key tasks of the HR Director:
- Development and implementation of HR strategy
- Full cycle of HR functions: Building effective systems for recruitment, onboarding, training, evaluation, and motivation of personnel.
- Formation of corporate culture and values.
- Close collaboration with the heads of all departments
- Ensuring full compliance of personnel records management and all HR processes with the requirements of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
We expect from the candidate:
- Successful experience as an HR Director for at least 5 years (STRICTLY: only from manufacturing, engineering, maintenance services, or construction contracting work).
- Real experience in building processes "from scratch" or scaling experience
- Readiness to dive into operational tasks
