Responsibilities:
- Identifying business needs and solving HR-related tasks
- Ensuring quality team growth and developing HR processes for exponential business growth
- Recruiting for key positions, building candidate search and selection strategies, automating and refining processes
- Creating and overseeing onboarding programs for new hires, assisting the business in building an effective team
- Implementing and administering employee training, evaluation, and certification systems
- Measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of HR processes, preparing regular reports and proposals for company management
- Actively participating in all company HR projects (developing internal and external employer brand, developing corporate culture, HR automation and development)
Requirements:
- Higher education (full-time)
- Successful HR experience of 3+ years
- Strong communication skills, developed strategic thinking
- Confident command of specialized Digital tools and resources
- Ability to calculate the effectiveness of HR processes, identify metrics, and work on their improvement
Will be an advantage:
- Knowledge of the market specific to the company (FMCG, e-com, digital)
- Successful experience in recruiting middle and top management, experience in team recruitment
- Cases of building assessment and training systems, HR process automation
