HR Director for Holding Management Company
πMain asset - food production | Moscow | income from 10 million rubles per year (salary 600,000 rubles gross + KPI)
Main task - to build a company management system,
including the transformation of all HR processes and digitalization.
Also:
- Building and effective management of the company's HR function, in accordance with the strategic goals of the company - business development and efficiency improvement.
- Implementation of the HR management system, optimization of all processes (recruitment, onboarding, development, performance appraisal, motivation,
engagement, personnel records management).
- Management of the recruitment, onboarding, and motivation process for production personnel.
- Formation of a professional management team.
- Implementation of personnel training and development system, evaluation of training effectiveness.
- Development and implementation of a corporate culture that corresponds to the main business goals and values of the company, aimed at improving the efficiency of all processes and creating an environment for the development of each employee.
- Re-engineering and automation of business processes directly related to the HR department's area of responsibility.
- Development of HR brand, increasing company recognition in the labor market.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company (food production as an advantage);
- Confident command of recruitment tools, personnel assessment, management of employee performance and potential, process automation.
- Confirmed experience of successful transformations and cases;
- Responsibility for financial results, decision-making based on figures and analytics;
- Strong managerial competencies, systemic thinking and strategic vision, good communication skills.
