🔄 VACANCY: HR Director HRD.
‼️The main task is to reassemble the HR department from training to motivation.
KEY REQUIREMENTS: ✔️Experience of 5+ years as HRD in companies with a geographically distributed network of facilities (retail, pawnshops, banks, telecom, FMCG). ✔️Experience in building or deeply transforming the HR function in companies with 1000+ employees. ✔️Building a performance management and motivation system linked to business results and network KPIs. ✔️Creating C&B: grading, bonuses, long-term retention programs. ✔️Systematic recruiting, including mass hiring of line personnel. ✔️Experience with HR Tech, automation of HR processes, and HR analytics. ✔️Direct interaction with the business owner.
