Key Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive HR strategy integrated into the business goals of various company directions.
- Building and optimizing unified end-to-end HR processes for all group assets.
- Formation and development of a unified corporate culture, values, and increasing employee engagement in the context of diverse business units.
- Implementation of an end-to-end KPI system linking company, department, and individual employee goals.
- Ensuring cross-functional interaction and HR budget management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Recruitment of Personnel at Various Levels:
- Experience in filling complex vacancies of all levels – from niche specialists and engineers (for production, mining, RES) to top managers and heads of departments.
- Deep understanding of recruitment specifics in key company areas (gas, mining, RES, development, agriculture). Skills in creating competency profiles for technical and non-trivial positions.
- Ability to build a hiring strategy for various business tasks: from scaling projects to finding "stars" for launching new directions.
- Experience in building and optimizing an onboarding system that ensures rapid integration of employees from different industries.
- **Organization of Labor, Remuneration, and Norming (OLRN):

- Experience in developing and unifying organizational structures for diverse business units.
- Skills in norming and optimizing staffing for both office personnel and production staff.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and experience in its application in regulated and hazardous industries (industrial safety, medical examinations, PPE).
- Experience in managing personnel records (including remote branches), knowledge of 1C:ZUP and other HR systems.
- Compensation and Benefits (C&B):
- Development and implementation of a unified yet flexible remuneration and motivation system (base salary + bonus/KPI) for all company activities.
- Experience in implementing and supporting a grading system to standardize approaches to remuneration.
- Conducting benchmarking of market salary levels across all regions and industries of the company's operation.
- Ability to build a competitive benefits package (VHI, compensation programs, corporate pension programs), adapted to the needs of employees in different business units.
Key Competencies and Experience:
- Preferred experience: successful experience in a similar position in companies from the fields of subsoil use (gas, oil, mining), energy (including RES), development, agriculture, or FMCG.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to transform business goals into concrete HR initiatives and projects.
- Cross-functional interaction: Ability to effectively work with heads of different departments, find common solutions, and build trusting relationships.
- Systemic approach: Experience in building HR processes and end-to-end KPI systems "from scratch" or their radical optimization.
- Corporate culture development: Skills in consciously forming and strengthening desired values and behavioral models in a distributed structure.
- Experience in building not only cross-functional tasks but specifically implementing end-to-end management of several legal entities within their block.
- Experience in personally preparing and presenting consolidated information to top management (owners).
- Ability to argue and defend one's position.
