Bauservice, a supplier of ceramic tiles, is seeking a Head of Human Resources.
Laparet is a brand of Bauservice Group, with 25 years of experience in the market of porcelain stoneware, ceramic tiles, and dry construction mixes. They develop designs and control quality, rather than just manufacturing, which offers freedom of choice and honest characteristics without overpaying. The company employs over 350 people across 10 branches in Russia, and the HR function plays a key role in achieving the business's strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and defend the company's HR strategy, approved by the CEO
- Develop and monitor the execution of the annual HR budget within planned targets
- Update the company's organizational structure to align with strategic business objectives
- Prepare reporting on key HR performance indicators (KPIs) for company management
- Ensure staffing levels and timely filling of vacancies
- Manage staff turnover rates by employee categories
- Develop the employee engagement index (eNPS)
- Organize employee training and development, monitor the execution of the training plan
- Conduct employee performance reviews (Performance Review) for key positions
- Develop and maintain a talent pool for key company positions
- Ensure HR documentation compliance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (TK RF)
- Implement innovative solutions and digitalization tools in HR processes, including AI-based tools, to improve the efficiency of recruitment, training, and HR administration
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership positions in personnel management
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategy and managing the HR budget
- Skills in building and developing the company's organizational structure
- Experience with HR metrics (KPIs): turnover, staffing levels, eNPS
- Experience in building a talent pool and organizing personnel training
- Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (TK RF) requirements and HR record-keeping practices
- Experience in digitalizing HR processes and implementing innovative HR tools (HRM/ATS systems, HR data analytics)
