HR Director for a FMCG Retail Company

A HR Director is needed for a FMCG retail company.

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in FMCG retail companies with up to 1000 employees (not manufacturing companies), where HR is deeply involved in the business and plays a partner role.
• Must be proactive, fast, utilize new technologies in their work, be able to calculate and digitize the results of the department and the company in the context of HR functions, ready to work hands-on (not just in words, but in deeds), a team player, who managed the entire HR cycle.
