Description
Responsibilities:
Support the operational department throughout the entire employee lifecycle;
Develop effective HR processes and support the business in areas such as: recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal, internal communications, managing employee turnover, etc.
Requirements:
Similar work experience;
Understanding of business processes and HR processes;
High level of communication skills.
