Sofis (7DAYS) cosmetics manufacturer invites HR Business Partner to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the organizational structure change process;
- Defining personnel recruitment plan according to departmental needs, setting tasks for the recruitment department;
- Participation in selection and assessment for complex and top positions, developing additional assessment measures if necessary;
- Automating the personnel onboarding process, developing an entry into the role roadmap;
- Identifying employee development needs, organizing training in cooperation with the Training Manager;
- Planning employee transfers and career development;
- Administering personnel assessment processes;
- Supporting and administering the process of preparing proposals for reviewing employee compensation/bonuses;
- Implementing an action plan to increase employee engagement and satisfaction;
- Exit interviews and managing dismissals and retention. Regular statistics analysis.
Candidate Requirements:
- Higher education, additional education (or courses, seminars, training) in personnel management is welcome;
- Successful experience as an HR Business Partner/HR Generalist/Lead HR Manager (recruitment/onboarding/personnel development);
- Understanding of business processes in a commercial setting, understanding current market trends;
- Experience in developing and implementing projects in various HR areas (onboarding, training, career planning, soft skills development, employee engagement, etc.);
- High level of empathy;
- Results-oriented;
- High level of communication skills.
