Cosmetics manufacturer Sofis (7DAYS) is looking for an HR Business Partner.
Responsibilities:
- Management of organizational structure change process
- Determining personnel hiring plan based on departmental needs, assigning tasks to the recruitment department
- Participation in selection and assessment for complex and TOP positions, development of additional assessment activities if necessary
- Automation of personnel onboarding process, development of an onboarding roadmap
- Identifying employee development needs, organizing training in cooperation with the Training Manager
- Planning employee transfers and career development
- Administration of personnel assessment processes
- Support and administration of the process for preparing proposals for salary/bonus reviews
- Implementation of an action plan to increase employee engagement and satisfaction
- Exit interviews and work with dismissals and retention. Regular statistics analysis
Candidate Profile:
- Higher education, additional education (or courses, seminars, training) in personnel management is welcomed
- Successful experience as an HR Business Partner/ HR Generalist/ Lead HR Manager (recruitment/onboarding/personnel development)
- Understanding of business processes in the commercial direction, understanding of current market trends
- Experience in developing and implementing projects in various HR areas (onboarding, training, career planning, soft skills development, employee engagement, etc.)
- High level of empathy
- Result-oriented
- High level of communication skills
