What you will be doing:
- Organizing and managing the warehouse personnel department;
- Analyzing and planning warehouse personnel needs, organizing and coordinating procedures for recruitment and HR administration;
- Developing an adaptation and personnel development plan (training);
- Forming an internal talent pool for the company;
- Consulting managers and employees on labor law, social security, recruitment, management, and personnel training;
- Planning and implementing actions to increase employee motivation and engagement;
- Participating in the development and implementation of HR and business projects, working on the development of corporate culture and HR brand;
- Planning personnel expenses, forecasting risks, and managing costs;
- Supporting and developing the team, assisting in developing employee potential;
- Creating favorable conditions for employees;
- Developing outsource employees from the HR side.
Requirements:
- HR experience of 3+ years;
- Successful team management experience of 100+ people;
- Strategic thinking, results-oriented;

- Fixed salary (salary level to be discussed based on interview results);
