We are looking for a HR Business Partner for the store at Lema n PRO (Leroy Merlin).
What you will be doing:
- Developing competencies of the Board of Directors (managers) in staff recruitment, motivation, and competency development;
- Creating a favorable environment for employee development in the store (implementing projects aimed at horizontal and vertical growth), developing potential and HiPo (forming a talent pool);
- Working with team engagement, atmosphere; HR BP is a guarantor of corporate culture and the implementation of company values in their store;
- Strategic workforce planning, defining sources and tools for attracting candidates, organizing effective recruitment to fill 100% of store vacancies;
- Developing a team competency development plan (together with the Board of Directors team) and its implementation (external and internal training);
- Accompanying semi-annual and annual employee performance reviews based on results and competencies;
- Close collaboration with the team, celebrating successes, organizing store meetings, corporate and eco-projects, etc.;
- Participation in HR projects at the store, regional, and national levels;
- Managing a personnel department of 2-4 people.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as an HRBP or Head of Personnel;
- Successful experience in team management and/or project management;
- Ability to translate business strategy into HR management tasks;
- High level of emotional intelligence and empathy;
- Leadership and the ability to influence others;
- Experience in developing and implementing HR projects will be an advantage.
Conditions:
- Official employment and a fixed salary from day 1 (final salary amount to be discussed at the interview);
