What you will do:
- Participate in large-scale transformational, cross-functional projects;
- Build partner relationships with supervised departments;
- Provide HR support and consult employees of supervised departments on all emerging issues;
- Work with top management to build a succession planning system;
- Manage employee satisfaction and engagement;
- Assist in resolving disputed situations in teams, facilitate complex cases;
- Implement strategic and operational HR team projects: training, strengthening corporate culture, employee assessment and motivation, corporate events;
- Make difficult decisions with the business regarding the construction of the team's organizational structure and personnel movements within teams.
Candidate expectations:
- Successful experience as an HR BP (in an IT company);
- Experience working with a product office (mandatory):
- Change management skills;
- A systematic approach to personnel management;
- Understanding of the budget process in a large company.
