Not every HRBP wants to work in a corporate center. And not everyone is truly suited for it.
We are looking for an HR Business Partner for SIBUR's corporate center, who will become a partner for the heads of logistics, supply chain management, procurement, economics and finance functions, etc.
This is a role for someone who is interested in influencing the business, not just supporting HR processes.
What you will do: • be a strategic partner to function heads; • support organizational changes and transformation; • work with organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership team development; • make data-driven and analytical decisions; • together with the business, seek answers to questions of organizational efficiency, development, and sustainability.
We are looking for a colleague who can speak the same language as the business, understands how HR impacts results, and is not afraid of complex tasks.
This position is suitable for those who: — are already working as HRBP in a large company and want to reach a new level of influence; — have experience supporting corporate functions or businesses with high process complexity; — enjoy working with strong leaders and large-scale changes.
