HR Business Partner for the Development Team at Yandex Go
Yandex Go is looking for an HR Business Partner to become a strategic partner for managers and engineering teams.
This role is ideal for those who want to tackle challenges at the intersection of technology, business, and people management, influence the development of strong teams, and help build the organization of the future.
What your responsibilities will include:
- Working with engineering talent: you will manage the full cycle of working with development teams: from planning growth and development to retaining key employees and building a strong talent pipeline.
- Leadership Development: you will partner with managers at all levels: helping them develop leadership competencies, build strong teams, improve collaboration efficiency, and prepare the next generation of leaders. Together with the business, you will define the skills and competencies that modern engineering team managers should possess and help them adapt to new challenges.
- Organizational Design: you will participate in decision-making regarding team structures, role distribution, and areas of responsibility, helping to create organizational models for rapid scaling and maintaining a high development speed.
- Transformation and AI Projects: together with managers and experts, you will participate in projects for implementing AI tools and new work approaches, helping teams work more productively and effectively.
- Strategic Business Partnership: you will work with data, helping managers make HR decisions, set priorities for team engagement, and support key organizational changes.
Requirements:
- At least four years of experience working as an HR partner with specialists from the IT sector.
- Understanding of key HR concepts such as motivation support, performance reviews, grading, team structure reviews, internal communications, etc.
- Proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty, quickly orient yourself in a situation, and make decisions.
- Highly developed emotional intelligence.
