HR Business Partner at IT Company Karuna
IT Company Karuna is looking for an HR Business Partner.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee new hire onboarding, anticipate challenges and help resolve them promptly;
- Work with employee motivation, identify process gaps and help address them;
- Organize team-building, training, and development events;
- Oversee the offboarding process, work on employee retention;
- Conduct Performance Reviews, organize the entire process;
- Assist leads with team management issues and any other matters;
- Implement HR initiatives, be an ambassador for business changes.
Candidate Expectations:
- English language proficiency: C1-C2;
- At least 1 year of experience as an HR BP (or similar role) in a company;
- Understanding of the Performance Review process;
- Experience organizing training (external, internal);
- Proactiveness, initiative, independence;
- Empathy, excellent communication skills.
