An HR Business Partner (IT) is required at NLMK-Information Technology.
NLMK-IT provides the NLMK Group enterprises with IT development services. The scope of services includes: IT project implementation, business application support and development, IT infrastructure, and communication systems. The number of IT employees exceeds 900 people.
Responsibilities:
- Support of processes related to employee lifecycle maintenance in assigned departments
- Support for managers in HR management issues
- Work with personnel headcount planning
- Work with the wage fund in assigned departments (planning, performance monitoring)
- Control and analysis of the staffing table
- Active participation in building HR work within assigned departments, consultations for managers upon request
- Consulting employees on various HR-related issues
- Shaping corporate culture
- Participation in internal HR projects
- Interaction with centers of expertise (recruitment, organizational design, training and development, etc.)
- Analytics and reporting for supervised departments
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR BP in IT companies
- Basic knowledge of personnel motivation principles
- Skill in monitoring employee sentiment (1-to-1)
- Understanding of the employee lifecycle
- Understanding of standard People Management processes
- Developed negotiation skills (ability to find solutions)
- Ability to build an interaction scheme with department leads
- Personal qualities: flexibility, customer focus, developed communication skills
