HR Business Partner at IBS IT Company
An HR Business Partner is required for the IT company IBS.
Responsibilities:
Support for the business unit across all HR areas:
- Onboarding, personnel movement.
- Personnel training and development — developing job profiles, performance reviews, working with the talent pool.
- Internal communications — developing and implementing a communication plan.
- Work to enhance employer brand attractiveness, initiatives to prevent undesirable turnover.
- Regular team monitoring, employee satisfaction.
- Control of motivation approaches, analysis of HR metrics and monitoring of activity effectiveness.
Participation in project activities related to "Personnel Management" at the company-wide level.
Candidate Requirements:
- Higher education; additional education in HR is welcome.
- Experience as a HR manager in core areas: from recruitment to managing an employee throughout their entire lifecycle in the company (training, development, motivation, turnover, etc.).
- Experience in developing regulatory documents, local normative acts, and instructions for HR functions is welcome.
- Knowledge of the IT sector specifics, relevant HR experience in technology companies/consulting.
- Analytical and organizational skills, developed communication skills, ability to influence.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask, proactive attitude, results-oriented, positive thinking.
- Advanced user of office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work in the office on a permanent basis (not remote).
