We are looking for an HR Business Partner for a hardcore and uniquely skilled team at Yandex.

The Yandex Infrastructure team provides a full spectrum of tools for developing and deploying applications and services of any complexity. Most of Yandex's services run on this infrastructure.
What tasks await you:
- Development of HR projects and communications: you will establish strategic communication with the top management team, understand the key priorities and tasks of departments, and help organize effective interaction. You will also create and support projects that highlight the unique experience of the teams (e.g., HR brand for our data centers).
- HR cycle management: you will support key processes: hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation. You will work on employee motivation and engagement, train and inspire them. This will be especially interesting for those who want to meet the standards of leading international IT companies.
- Analytics and planning: you will plan hiring needs with the business, control expenses, and help make important decisions. This requires confidence in analytics and the ability to work with it. We are looking for someone who loves and respects Excel and numbers.
Requirements:
- Worked as an HR BP for more than two years
- Have experience in supporting the HR cycle
- Ability to work in an environment of uncertainty
- Quickly assess situations and make balanced decisions
- Always bring intended plans to completion
