The port construction company OTECO is looking for an HR Business Partner.
Responsibilities:
- Area of responsibility: commercial block and service functions
- Ensure the availability of qualified competitive personnel, organize work on recruitment, selection, and assessment of personnel
- Manage budgeting and control personnel costs
- Implement and administer benefit and remuneration systems based on standards transmitted by the Management Company
- Participate in the development, implementation, and administration of the employee onboarding, training, and development system
- Ensure the organization and conduct of employee performance appraisal within the framework of corporate policy
- Organize competency assessment of employees, form and develop a talent pool for key positions
- Develop and implement measures aimed at forming corporate culture and building internal communications
- Resolve labor disputes, provide Company management with consultations on the application of labor legislation
Candidate Requirements:
- Higher education
- Work experience in large structured companies in a similar role
- High level of emotional intelligence, ability to find common ground with personnel at all levels
- Knowledge of labor legislation
- Knowledge of principles for building compensation packages
- Knowledge / experience in all HR blocks (Personnel Administration, assessment, training, recruitment, internal communications)
- PC - advanced user (!!! experience with Excel is mandatory)
