An HR Business Partner is required for a diversified holding company AlfiGroup (over 2,000 employees, multiple production sites).

Responsibilities:
- Optimization of the organizational structure: elimination of duplicate functions, reduction of management levels, increase in labor productivity.
- Payroll budget management: forecasting, control of target spending, optimization of the division's budget.
- Implementation and review of KPI systems: development of performance matrices and bonus programs for management and production.
- Creation of a unified methodology and structure for labor remuneration across all business units of the division.
- HR digitalization: automation of KPI calculation, payroll budgeting, and HR administration.
- Implementation of dashboards: monitoring of personnel efficiency metrics (HR ROI, process costs, turnover).
- Department management (up to 10 employees, regionally distributed).
- Executive Search: personal selection and assessment of top management for business needs.

Requirements:
