Head of C&B Department (Budgeting and Reporting)

We expect: — experience in building and automating budgeting processes — experience in large or medium-sized companies (from 1000 employees) — strong management skills
Responsibilities: — formation of the annual budget and quarterly planned targets for personnel numbers and labor costs — development of scenario conditions for budget planning — consolidation of budget data for the Division's enterprises — improvement of the budget process and implementation of automation tools — participation in budget defense at the Company's Board of Directors
Conditions: — Salary from 500,000 — Work in Moscow or Norilsk — Indefinite employment contract — Hybrid work format — Periodic business trips — Managing a team of 42 people (4 direct reports)
