Head of C&B (Compensation & Benefits)
We are looking for a Head of Compensation & Benefits to shape and develop the remuneration system, ensuring its competitiveness, transparency, and alignment with the company's business objectives.
Role responsibilities:
- Manage the C&B team, assign tasks, and develop expertise within the function
- Develop and implement the Compensation & Benefits strategy
- Manage the grading system, salary ranges, and short/long-term incentive programs
- Formulate and control the personnel budget
- Conduct regular labor market reviews and analyze competitive practices
- Develop the benefits system (wellbeing, voluntary medical insurance, flexible benefits, etc.)
- Support and consult top management on remuneration issues
- Lead key transformational C&B projects (bonusing, HRIS, process automation)
- Ensure internal fairness and transparency of the remuneration system
- Prepare analytics, reports, and presentations for management
We expect:
- Experience in C&B in leadership positions
- Systems thinking and strong analytical skills
- Understanding of market practices in compensation and benefits
- Knowledge of labor legislation and basic tax aspects
- Proficient in MS Office and data handling skills
- Experience in project management and interaction with top management
- Communication skills, structure, and attention to detail
