Head of C&B Department at PEC Logistics Company
PEC logistics company is looking for a Head of C&B Department.
Responsibilities:
- Fostering an engaging culture through the reward system, translating company values into principles of material and non-material motivation;
- Strategic leadership in organizational design, initiating and managing structural changes within the company to enhance its efficiency;
- Managing cross-functional projects, close collaboration with the finance department and top management to align HR strategy with long-term business goals;
- Forming and developing a C&B "center of expertise": mentoring, talent management within the department, building effective internal communications;
- Making data-driven management decisions, translating complex analytical reports into understandable business recommendations;
- Defending and justifying the personnel budget before the board of directors, managing large HR investment projects;
- Building a performance management system at all levels of the organization;
- Managing the grading system, updating job descriptions and position evaluations;
- Designing and implementing short-term and long-term motivation systems (KPIs, annual bonuses, option programs).
Requirements:
- Higher education (economics, finance, or HR management);
- At least 6 years of experience in C&B, including at least 3 years in a management position in large companies;
- At least 5 years of experience transforming the C&B function in large holding structures;
- Proven Change Management skills and experience implementing new motivation systems during periods of business growth or restructuring;
- Experience managing a team of 10+ people, proficiency in modern delegation and control methodologies;
- Systemic thinking and the ability to see the impact of C&B tools on the company's overall operating profit (EBITDA);
- Deep understanding of job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Hay Group, Mercer, or Korn Ferry);
- Expert knowledge of Russian labor and tax legislation;
- Advanced Excel skills (macros, complex formulas) and experience with BI systems;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to justify decisions based on data.
