We are looking for a Head of C&B (Budgeting and Reporting) at Norilsk Nickel.
Responsibilities:
- Formation of the annual budget and quarterly plans for personnel numbers and labor costs
- Development of scenario conditions for budget planning
- Consolidation of budget data for the Division's enterprises
- Improvement of the budget process and implementation of automation tools
- Participation in budget defense at the Company's Board of Directors
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Relevant experience in the C&B function of large holdings/high-tech companies/complex ecosystems
- Experience in building and automating budgeting processes (specifically for payroll and headcount)
- Experience in large or medium-sized companies (from 1000 employees)
- Strong management skills (team of 42 people, 4 direct reports)
