An alcohol company NOVABEV GROUP is looking for a C&B Director.
Main tasks:
- Development, updating, and implementation of the Company's policies, methodologies, and approaches in the areas of bonuses, benefits, variable compensation, organizational development, and personnel cost management
- Leading the annual budgeting process for the payroll fund and personnel expenses, adjusting the budget throughout the year according to changing needs
- Control of the staff list and payroll fund across the Group of Companies
- Managing the development and support of analytical reports, dashboards, presentation, and calculation materials on headcount, payroll fund, compensation, organizational structure, bonuses, and benefits
- Implementation of salary ranges, development, and implementation of KPIs
- Preparation of analytical reports on headcount and statistical reports
- Analysis and control of the personnel expense budget
- Design of organizational structures, management of the project for unifying structures
- Support of corporate incentive programs and voluntary medical insurance (DMS)
- Organization of team work (15 people)
Key candidate requirements:
- Higher education
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables are mandatory; Array formulas, Macros are desirable)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a C&B manager in large companies
- Experience in implementing projects for building/revising complex compensation systems, developing bonus indicators, job evaluation, building compensation structures, and job grading
