We are looking for an Operational Personnel Compensation and Benefits Partner at Lamoda.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the C&B team for the operational division (3 employees);
- Calculate bonuses for operational personnel;
- Maintain regular reporting and prepare analytical materials upon business requests;
- Develop and implement local regulations;
- Conduct annual salary reviews for employees, as well as ad-hoc reviews;
- Approve offers, promotions, and internal transfers;
- Develop, implement, administer, and improve compensation and motivation systems for personnel;
- Participate in salary surveys and form salary bands for the division;
- Automate bonus calculations;
- Plan headcount and payroll budget in conjunction with budgeting, finance, HR Business Partners, and business teams;
- Create presentations and communication materials on motivation;
- Provide methodological support for operational processes (analyze, describe, and improve C&B processes);
- Conduct analytical calculations in the field of compensation systems.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role and industry;
- Experience implementing and/or changing one or more elements of a compensation system;
- Knowledge of compensation system design principles;
- Skills in market analysis and salary band formation;
- Stress resistance and attention to detail;
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI knowledge is a plus;
- Experience in automating HR processes as a project manager or key team member;
- Ability to effectively coordinate communication with a large number of stakeholders at different levels;
- People management experience.
