Lamoda is looking for a Senior Compensation and Benefits Partner.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a C&B partner for the IT function: prepare offers and counter-offers, support transfers, calculate bonuses, etc.
- Participate in the development of a grading and job evaluation system;
- Analyze the salary market and work with salary surveys;
- Manage the variable part of remuneration, including the development of a KPI system, bonus scales and coefficients;
- Participate in the automation of C&B processes;
- Prepare data for personnel expense budgeting;
- Develop internal labor regulations (ЛНА).
Requirements:
- Possess C&B / Total Rewards experience of 7+ years;
- Have worked in large companies with 2,000+ employees and a complex organizational structure;
- Possess analytical and systems thinking;
- Be attentive to detail and able to work with large volumes of data;
- Have well-developed communication skills and the ability to build effective interaction with the business and related functions;
- Be able to deeply dive into a request, identify needs, and correctly formulate tasks;
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professional ethics.
