🌾 Good day! I am launching a search for a C&B Function Head in a large agroholding (crop production, animal husbandry, processing).

The role is key: you will build and develop a remuneration system for all staff levels. Tasks include developing and implementing a KPI system, a system of allowances and benefits, market analysis and justification of payment levels, formation and control of the payroll budget, and implementation of automation and analytics tools in C&B.

Who we are looking for:

• A C&B Function Head from a large structured company (Agro-industrial complex or industrial sector) with experience managing a team of 8-10 people and a responsibility area of 5,000-6,000 employees or more.
• With strong analytical skills, systems thinking, and a high level of Excel proficiency (experience with analytics tools will be an advantage).
• With proven experience in implementing grading systems, payment systems, and participating in transformations related to changes in remuneration policy.
