The management company of the Roskhim group is looking for a Head of Department to develop and implement a job grading system from scratch, ensuring a transparent and unified approach to assessing roles and forming remuneration.
«Roskhim» is a large industrial group: 35,000 employees and 14 major production sites in different regions of Russia.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement unified rules for forming salaries, bonuses, allowances, and benefits (USOT)
- Control the application of USOT — conduct market benchmarking, review remuneration levels, and make changes to maintain competitiveness and alignment with business goals
- Develop a grading methodology taking into account the specifics of the group's business and organizational structure
- Formulate a target system of grades and job architecture
- Conduct interviews and assess unique positions — from CEO level and below — together with the internal working group
- Assess positions and build a grade matrix
- Agree on assessment results with heads of functional departments
- Implement the developed tools and regulations in the group's companies
- Train the internal project team and transfer the methodology for analyzing and assessing positions
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in grading — in a large holding company or consulting
- Practical experience in creating and implementing a grading system from scratch in companies with 5,000+ employees
- Knowledge and practical application of the Hay methodology — mandatory (Mercer, Strata — desirable)
- Experience in participating in large-scale cross-functional HR projects
- Ability to build constructive dialogue with senior management and defend decisions with substantiated arguments
