Your responsibilities will include:** — Organization and control of HR processes related to remuneration, including setting annual goals and performance indicators — Budgeting and forecasting of labor costs — Development of salary and bonus policies — Review of salaries and benefits, assessment of the company's competitiveness in the labor market — Conducting job evaluations in accordance with the current system — Coordination and control of all company policies for providing employee benefits — Preparation of information on key KPIs for top management — Control and organization of the payroll department's work, including the full cycle of calculation and reporting to government authorities
What we want to see in the candidate: — Higher education (economics, finance) — Experience in C&B in a company with 1000+ employees — Team management experience — Experience in a manufacturing company — desirable — Hay Group methodology certificates — desirable — Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation — Knowledge of 1C ZUP — mandatory — English language — welcome — Proficient user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
