Key Responsibilities:
- Management of the Compensation and Benefits department
- Management of base and variable pay
- Implementation of unified principles for building a remuneration system
- Development and implementation of a grading system: analysis, preparation, and approval of job descriptions
- Job grading; salary market analysis; development of a remuneration matrix
- Development and implementation of a Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program
- Analysis and revision of the current KPI-based bonus system
- Definition of bonus methodology, development of KPI-based employee bonus models
- Salary market analysis, participation in salary surveys, salary analysis and review
- Labor cost budgeting and planning
- Development and approval of internal regulations (ЛНА)
- Participation in automation projects: requirements description and task assignment, control
