You will be involved in projects and process optimization for compensation and benefits. As well as:

• Budgeting personnel expenses;
• Updating and making changes to the company's organizational structure;
• Managing project activities in HR projects (development of HR metrics, job grading, performance, etc.);
• Participating in the development and modification of motivation systems.

The team values initiative in achieving overall results and respects the opinion of each employee. For candidates for this vacancy, it is also important:

• Higher education, preferably in finance or HR;
• Work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
• Advanced Excel user (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables);
• A systematic approach to problem-solving, attention to detail when working with data, and the ability to work with confidential information;
• Desire to develop in the C&B field.
