Head of Compensation and Benefits for Agroeco Pig Farming Companies
Agroeco group of pig farming companies is looking for a Head of Compensation and Benefits.
We are seeking a strong C&B specialist who will shape and develop the reward system in the company. This role is for someone who loves analytics, can work with large datasets, and influences strategic HR decisions.
You will build a transparent, competitive, and effective remuneration system that helps the company attract and retain top specialists.
Responsibilities:
Remuneration System Development:
- Designing salary structures, grades, and salary ranges
- Developing a transparent remuneration system
Bonus and Motivation Systems:
- Developing bonus schemes and KPIs
- Implementing long-term motivation programs
Market Analytics:
- Monitoring salary surveys and competitor practices
- Maintaining the competitiveness of the compensation package
Social Benefits:
- Forming and developing a system of benefits and perks
- Implementing programs: voluntary medical insurance, training, meals, corporate services
Financial Planning:
- Forming and controlling the payroll budget
- Analyzing the efficiency of personnel costs
Automation and Analytics:
- Implementing HR systems and calculation automation tools
- Preparing analytics and dashboards for management
Candidate Profile:
Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience in C&B / compensation and benefits
- Higher education
- Experience in large companies (preferably in the agricultural sector)
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, analytics)
- Grading experience (Hay / Korn Ferry / Mercer or similar models)
- Knowledge of the Russian Federation Labor Code regarding remuneration
- Experience with HR systems (1C:ZUP, SAP, Workday or similar)
- Experience with payroll budgeting
Will be an advantage:
- Experience with salary surveys (PwC, EY, Korn Ferry, etc.)
- Power BI / Tableau
- Implementation of benefits platforms or benefit stores

Working Conditions:
