Head of Compensation and Benefits at Education Integrator Prosveschenie
Education integrator Prosveschenie is seeking a Head of Compensation and Benefits for their HR department team. The ideal candidate can communicate effectively with the business, is ready for a high volume of communications, and is focused on collaboration with internal customers.
The company is currently undertaking a major project to revise the motivation system and implement grading. Therefore, experience with various motivation systems, and experience in designing and implementing motivation programs for different employee categories are highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Development, implementation, and updating of the remuneration policy, variable remuneration (bonuses), and benefits system (social package, VHI), administration of benefit programs and social guarantees for employees;
- Labor market analysis to ensure the competitiveness of the company's compensation policy;
- Budgeting of the payroll fund (FOT) and control of its execution;
- Organization of goal-setting processes and their alignment with the bonus system;
- Reporting upon request.
Candidate Expectations:
- At least 6 years of experience in C&B;
- Higher economic education;
- Knowledge of remuneration system construction methodologies;
- Understanding of various motivation schemes for different personnel categories;
- Experience in developing and implementing various motivation programs;
- Ability to build complex financial and statistical models for forecasting payroll costs;
- Skill in working with large datasets of salaries and their interpretation;
- Expert/professional level proficiency in Excel;
- Knowledge of budgeting procedures.
