Compensation Partner at T-Bank (ex. Tinkoff)
T-Bank (ex. Tinkoff) is looking for a Compensation Partner.
A Compensation Partner is someone who stays on top of business pulse, turns complex C&B processes into simple solutions, and becomes a reliable advisor for business leaders and HR BPs, combining expertise, strategy, and real team needs.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in all compensation operational cycles — from analysis to implementation
- Deeply analyze current compensation: identify imbalances, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop and launch balanced compensation approaches for different employee levels and groups
- Evaluate positions, build fair salary structures and levels
- Work with market data, study trends, adapt approaches to business realities
- Participate in setting up HR platforms and automating compensation processes
- Explain solutions to the business in the language of numbers — and listen to what's important to them
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in C&B or related roles
- Experience in building salary structures, market analysis, and working with motivation systems, including STI
- Understanding of how compensation systems work, and knowledge of market trends, especially in IT, fintech, or banking
- Ability to analyze data, visualize, and draw conclusions; work with Excel and PowerPoint like a god
- Ability to evaluate positions
- Ability to find non-standard solutions when templates don't work, and negotiate with HRBPs, business, and colleagues
