We are looking for an HR-Generalist at T-Bank (formerly Tinkoff).
Responsibilities:
- Develop a strategy for scaling and positioning the company in the region
- Analyze market capacity and talent pool, forecast needs
- Manage headcount plan, personnel budget, and control expense efficiency
- Track key regional HR metrics, prepare analytical reports for the macro-region and HQ
- Build and develop partnerships with universities, city communities, and city administration
- Initiate educational and community programs, participate in city HR and career events
- Promote the employer brand in the region, ensure communication and PR activities
- Support managers in the HR cycle (recruitment, onboarding, development, retention)
- Assist in localizing HQ approaches for regional specifics
- Work with analytics on attrition, engagement, and assessment results
- Manage employee cases (development, conflicts, growth plans, burnout)
- Organize office infrastructure support (administrative services, service desk, occupational safety)
- Maintain interaction between domains and functions, resolve cross-functional issues on-site
- Control HR operations, communication with centers of expertise
- Initiate and conduct events for employees and external audiences
- Support the ambassador program and local HR initiatives
- Track the regional HR brand index, gather market feedback
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the full HR cycle (recruitment, onboarding, development, assessment, retention, rotations, motivation, termination)
- Proficiency in HR methodologies: performance appraisal, C&B, engagement, development
- HR analytics skills: data interpretation (recruitment funnel, attrition, survey results, localization metrics)
- Knowledge of the regional labor market, recruitment sources, local universities, and professional communities
- Experience with HR systems and analytical tools
- Resource management and budgeting skills
- Understanding of strategic business goals and operational processes
