We are looking for a HR Business Partner at Alfa-Bank.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing operational and technical support to the heads of assigned departments on HR management processes and procedures.
- Participating in the selection and hiring of new managers and supporting them during their adaptation period.
- Monitoring the timeliness, quality, and completeness of information provided by managers on procedures and processes.
- Supporting the heads of assigned departments in resolving HR issues related to employees.
- Assisting in resolving conflict situations with employees in assigned departments.
- Participating in meetings and negotiations related to HR management issues in assigned departments.
- Coordinating the heads of structural divisions of the Bank with the centers of expertise of the Human Capital Management Department.
- Collaborating with centers of expertise in developing processes and tools for the Human Capital Management Department.
- Overseeing headcount and budget control jointly with department heads and centers of expertise.
Candidate requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR BP in the IT/Digital field.
- Responsibility for a supported headcount of 700+ people.
- Knowledge and application of HR tools (recruitment, onboarding, training, development, career planning, leadership competency development, employee engagement, etc.).
- Ability to make quick decisions in non-standard situations, stress resistance.
