Alfa-Bank is looking for an HR Business Partner.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide operational and technical support to the heads of assigned departments on HR processes and procedures.
- Participate in the selection and onboarding of new managers and support them during their adaptation period.
- Monitor the timeliness, quality, and completeness of information provided by managers regarding procedures and processes.
- Support the heads of assigned departments in resolving HR issues concerning employees.
- Assist in resolving conflict situations with employees in the assigned departments.
- Participate in meetings and negotiations related to resolving HR management issues in the assigned departments.
- Ensure coordination between the heads of structural units of the Bank and the expertise centers of the Human Capital Management Department.
- Collaborate with expertise centers in the development of processes and tools for the Human Capital Management Department.
- Together with department heads and expertise centers, control headcount and budget.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR BP in the IT/Digital field.
- Supported headcount in the area of responsibility of 700+ people.
- Knowledge and application of HR tools (recruitment, onboarding, training, development, career planning, leadership competency development, employee engagement, etc.).
- Ability to make quick decisions in non-standard situations, stress resistance.
