We are looking for an HR Business Partner at MTS Bank to support the effective operation of the team and help the business achieve maximum results.
Requirements:
- Understanding of the full HR process cycle: recruitment, onboarding, appraisal, training, development, and motivation of personnel
- Proficiency in HR analytics tools
- Ability to think strategically, make decisions, and take responsibility for them
- Knowledge of specialized software: 1C:ZUP, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional qualities: attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational skills and time management abilities
- Data handling skills (HR metrics, analytics)
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting managers in the Agency Network scaling project, consulting and assisting in operational personnel management
- Ensuring compliance with internal regulations during the processing of changes
- Conducting analytics and working with metrics: analysis of turnover, productivity, engagement, identifying risk areas and growth opportunities
- HR administration and support of personnel processes
- Building communication architecture with employees working at sales points
- Implementing the appraisal and Performance Review cycle: fostering a culture of 1-on-1s, calibration sessions, working with low performers
- Participating in regular team processes — onboarding, training, data collection
