The HR Block Development Department of Sber is looking for an HRBP.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the Block across the entire HR cycle
- Interacting with internal HR competence centers to set up and optimize processes
- Implementing best practices in various HR areas
- Supporting business teams on recruitment, retention, performance appraisal, motivation, compensation, and corporate benefits
- Managing organizational structure changes
- Participating in forming job requirements, conducting interviews, and selecting finalists
- Managing the HR budget and metrics, participating in HR projects.
Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably in Human Resource Management, Document Management, Administrative Management)
- 3-5 years of experience as a full-cycle HRBP for an organization of 500+ employees
- Experience in team development, including top-level managers
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint — creating reports, presentations, working with spreadsheets)
- Knowledge of the basics of personnel record-keeping and document flow
- Experience with Electronic Document Management (EDO) and task control systems
- Skills in using AI in work processes
